Bookline and Quinta: A Single Data Source for Voice Agents

Back to Blog

Bookline, the developer of conversational agents for the hospitality industry, and Quinta, the Quintessence of Hotel Data, announced today that they will be joining forces and integrating their solutions. Hotels using both tools can now connect Bookline's voice agents to Quinta's Q-Data – the hotel data platform designed to meet the demands of AI- and agent-driven search.

A voice agent is only useful if it is connected to the full range of a hotel's data: rooms, services, general information, opening hours, rates, menus and more. With this integration, Bookline's agent can query Q-Data's 4,200 structured data points in real time to respond accurately and in full detail around the clock, and in the guest's own language.

What it means for hotels

For hotels, this means:

  • Reliable, comprehensive answers on rooms, services, amenities, policies and every bit of information required about your hotel.
  • Fewer calls transferred to the front desk.
  • A single update: any change entered in Q-Data is immediately available to the voice agent, with no configuration required on the Bookline side.

One source for every AI tool

Hotels are adopting a growing number of AI tools across chat, email, phone and avatars. Until now, each of these tools has relied on its own knowledge base, which is often incomplete, difficult to maintain and invariably inconsistent with the others. Q-Data centralises all information in a single detailed, structured database which is accessible to every AI tool the hotel uses.

"A conversational agent is only as good as the information behind it. When guests call a hotel, they expect a precise answer on the first try. By connecting our agents to Q-Data, hotels make sure every answer comes from one verified, up-to-date source. That means fewer calls going back to reception and more time for teams to focus on guests," said Joan Salvatella, CEO of Bookline.

"Hotels don't have an AI problem; they have a data problem. Q-Data is designed to be the common foundation on which every AI and every agent can rely," said Daniel Doppler, President of Quinta.

Zafiro Hotels among the first to benefit

Zafiro Hotels, in Spain, is one of the first groups to adopt this integration. By relying on Q-Data, the information used by Bookline's voice agents can be managed from a centralised data source, eliminating the need to maintain separate knowledge bases.
