Customer Portal Privacy Policy
At Bookline, the privacy and security of our customers' data are a priority. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information on our Management Portal.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect the necessary information to provide our voice AI and booking management services:
Account data: Name, professional email, and contact information.
Business data: Information about your locations, business hours, and services.
Billing data: Tax information and payment methods.
Integration data (Google): If you choose to link your Google Business Profile, our application will access profile information (business name, address, hours) and booking management data to synchronize appointments captured by our AI.
2. USE OF DATA
We use the information to:
Manage and maintain your user account.
Process and display call analytics on your dashboard.
Integration features: Data obtained through Google APIs is used solely to synchronize your business's availability and transfer bookings made by users to your Google calendar. We do not use this data for any other purpose or to train AI models outside of your service.
3. DATA PROTECTION AND STORAGE
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard measures:
End-to-end encryption for communications.
Access to Google data is done through secure OAuth tokens; Bookline never stores your Google passwords.
Data is hosted on secure servers with access restricted only to authorized personnel.
4. DATA SHARING
Bookline does not sell or commercialize your personal data or the data obtained from Google to third parties. We only share information with:
Essential technical providers (e.g., web hosting or payment processors).
Third parties you explicitly authorize through integrations (e.g., table management systems or PMS).
5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Retention: Data is kept as long as there is an active contractual relationship.
Deletion: You can request the deletion of your account at any time.
Disconnecting from Google: If you wish for us to stop accessing your Google data, you can revoke permission from the “Integrations” section of our portal or from Google’s security settings. When you do this, we will immediately delete the access tokens from our systems.
6. USER RIGHTS
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights or request the deletion of data, you can contact support@bookline.ai.
7. COMPLIANCE WITH GOOGLE API
The use of information received from the Google APIs by Bookline complies with the User Data Policy of Google API Services, including the Limited Use requirements.
