Privacy Policy - Client Portal

At Bookline, the privacy and security of our clients’ data are our top priorities. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information within our Management Portal (the “Portal”).

1. DATA COLLECTION AND ACCESS

We collect information necessary to provide our AI voice services and booking management:

  • Account Data: Name, professional email, and contact details.

  • Business Data: Information about your venues, schedules, and services.

  • Billing Data: Tax information and payment methods.

  • Google User Data: If you voluntarily choose to link your Google Business Profile account, our application will access your business profile information (business name, address, and hours) and booking management capabilities to synchronize appointments captured by our AI.

2. DATA USAGE

We use your information to:

  • Manage and maintain your user account.

  • Process and display call analytics and performance metrics on your Dashboard.

  • Integration Functionalities: Data obtained through Google APIs is used exclusively to synchronize your business availability and push bookings made by end-users into your Google calendar. We do not use this data for any other purpose or for training AI models unrelated to your specific service.

3. DATA STORAGE & PROTECTION

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard protocols:

  • We use end-to-end encryption (TLS 1.2 or higher) for data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest.

  • Access to Google data is performed via secure OAuth 2.0 tokens; Bookline never sees or stores your Google account password.

  • Data is hosted in secure servers with restricted access limited to authorized technical personnel under strict confidentiality agreements.

4. DATA SHARING

Bookline does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or Google user data to third parties. We only share information with:

  • Essential technical service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processors).

  • Third parties explicitly authorized by you through integrations (e.g., PMS or Table Management Systems).

5. DATA RETENTION & DELETION

  • Retention: Data is retained as long as your Bookline account remains active or as required by legal obligations.

  • Revocation: You may revoke Bookline’s access to your Google account at any time via the “Integrations” section in our Portal or through your Google Security Settings.

  • Deletion: You may request the full deletion of your account and associated data by contacting soporte@bookline.ai. We will process the permanent deletion of your data from our servers within 30 days.

6. GOOGLE API LIMITED USE DISCLOSURE

Bookline’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@bookline.ai.
